Akon-Don't Matter - The society didn't want to see the black folks and the white folks living together. But, some wanted to be equal. Its prejudice and it seperates the two and some tried to stay equal. Atticus and Calpurnia, or Scout and Jem sitting with the Afican Americans during the trial are two of my examples. The book was written to show the segragation and hatred toward the blacks, and this song i think, is perfect for this sene in the book.

kyle, it was a really good blog. i think that you chose a really good song for this scene in the book. i like how you related to the song to the scene where they were in trial. good job!
ReplyDeleteKyle i think you did a good job on your blog and a good job picking a song but i think you could have went into more detail and i think you should have picked a scene that the song went along with but i think it was nice how you did more then one scene.
